01 Who we are

Estate & Acre (Legal entity name, PMG Estates, LLC], “we,” “us,” or “our”) buys, sells, and helps connect owners, buyers, and builders around land, vacant lots, and residential property. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information through our website at EstateAndAcre.com and in the course of our business, and the choices you have.

By using our site or sharing your information with us, you agree to the practices described here.

02 Information we collect

Information you give us
When you submit a form, request or respond to an offer, or otherwise reach out, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the address or parcel number of a property, and any details you choose to share about that property or your goals.

Information we collect automatically
When you visit our site, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from other sources
Because we work with land and property, we may obtain information about property owners and parcels from public records (such as county assessor, recorder, and tax records) and from reputable third-party data and lead providers. We use this to identify properties that may fit our criteria and to contact owners who may be interested in selling.

To evaluate properties and prepare, make, and negotiate offers;
To contact you by phone, text, email, or mail about buying or selling a property;

To complete and service transactions, including working with title and closing partners;

To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;

To send updates or marketing you have agreed to receive; and

To comply with law and enforce our agreements.

04 Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we and our representatives may contact you at that number about properties and offers, including by autodialer or prerecorded message where permitted by law. If you have opted in to text messages, we may send you texts about relevant properties, offers, and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of buying from or selling to us. To be added to our internal do-not-contact list, contact us using the details in Section 12.

05 Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages, including through analytics providers such as [e.g. Google Analytics]. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.

06 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in these limited situations:

Service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, analytics, communications, and CRM platforms — under obligations to protect it;

Transaction partners. Because we may assign or resell our rights to purchase a property, we may share property and transaction details with prospective buyers, builders, investors, title companies, and closing agents in order to complete a transaction;

Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others; and Business transfers, if our business or assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale.

07 Your choices and rights

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask to be placed on our do-not-contact list. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using Section 12; we will respond as required by applicable law.

08 Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Third-party links

Our site may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10 Children’s privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
